No tidying up the house and getting it photo ready, the studio is fully furnished and ready for you to arrive. The studio experience is for the family who desires to have a mixture of pictures of their new baby and family pictures as well.

SESSION TIMELINE
BEFORE SESSION
Upon booking, you will receive a welcome packet and a session questionnaire. Please fill out the questionnaire and return at your earliest convenience. I will then review and set up your session start time along with location ideas that meet your vision for the session. Please note that I schedule my outdoor sessions approximately 1- l 7/2 hours before sunset for optimal light. It is important to remember that sunset times vary depending on the time of year, as summer sessions will usually start around 7-7:30.□With that being said, for family sessions with young ones, I always suggest late lunches, naps, etc to ensure happy kiddos! It is always a great idea to bring drinks, snacks, favorite toy/blanket as well. I want the session to be personalized and meaningful, so please feel free to bring items that are as such with you.
DURING SESSION
When arriving for your session, plan on getting there 10-15 minutes early. This allows wiggle room for travel and the opportunity for any last minute fixes on outfits, wiping of dirty faces, etc. Take a deep breathe. Let the kids be kids. Love on them, play with them- I promise that is where the magic happens. Nothing good will come from stressing that one kiddo is playing in the dirt and the other is picking flowers. Trust me, I will make sure we get it all.
AFTER SESSION
A couple days following your session, I try to post a few sneak peeks to social media. Please feel free to like and share those as much your heart desires, but please refrain from printing or editing in any way (this includes instagram filters). If you would rather me not share a preview on social media, please let me know!□
Turn around time for your session is 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email with a link to view your gallery when it is ready. You will then be able to download the high resolution files to your computer. Your online gallery will be available for you to access for 30 days. Please do not forget to backup your files via dropbox, a flashdrive, etc. I do keep your edited files backed up for a year, but it is your responsibility to back them up on your end as well.
